The doctor got my script wrong. When I told them they said we have no doctor to get you checked. I had to pay more to get my eyes rechecked at another eye place. Then they reordered them...upon arrival the office manager put my lenses in the wrong holes. This was the WORST experience in my life. Even after paying this place $1600 total for my exam, frames, and my lens. Go elsewhere and don't even attempt this place even after they get a new doctor. read more

The service was excellent, the Dr. was thorough and answered mall of my questions. The staff were most helpful, friendly and took great care of me. The associates at pearls vision were super helpful, and so nice. My appointment was taken on time and the doctor was very attentive during the exam. I love the frame selection they had because it was a lot of different styles and shapes to choose from. I also was given help in choosing a pair that best suit me, and I'm super glad I went to them! Friendly service. Very thorough eye exam. Clean facility. I learned that the eyeglass cleaning wipes I was purchasing at Walmart were bad for my glasses. So Leslie set me up with some proper cleaning accessories. The only negative thing to report was that I couldn't get any rimless glasses. The weight of glasses on my nose gives me headaches. So I chose the closest thing they had there. read more
