That office stated they could not see me for another three months even though I have a history of a Lot of skin cancer and had a few spots I was worried about. As an added bonus the doctor I saw brings his golden retriever to the office. Awesome!! Very grateful to have found this office and will be returning here for all my dermatology needs.

(I know stuff happens and it was a different therapist all three times, but I haven't been able to get a massage in over two months because of it, versus when I was at this store I was able to get consistent care) This morning I got a call my massage was canceled, and after a 13 hour night shift I was emotionally wrecked. I called Taylor to discuss my membership and she helped put my account on a freeze, giving me time to use the credits I already had and even offered to call some of the stores up here to try and see what could be done about getting me in. She made a rough morning so much better, and it just reminded me how much I missed this location and everyone there (love and miss you too Theresa!!)

Katrina treated my husband as a drug addict only there for pain meds. Called every single pharmacy…read morehe ever used and accused him of going to Wexford for Suboxone. Then drug tested him and escorted him out. Never even treated him. I have never been so appalled and disgusted in my life at how they treated him. He's been dealing with back pain for 11 years from an ATV accident and never once mentioned pain meds. He just wants his back fixed. This is absurd to treat people like this. My advice don't ever use this place for help!! What a horrible establishment!

To start this was a surprise birthday gift; I've talked about wanting a hot stone massage for years…read moreand the hubby didn't disappoint. I was there February 4th 2023, so the outside of the building looked a little gray but once inside it was wonderful. You are welcomed with some ocean sounds and a beverage station; bottled water, hot tea and coffee selections. I walked up to the sign-in window and signed a waiver, and did my paper work then was politely ushered to the back. My therapist was Judie and she walked me to the room, instructed me on how much I should strip down, where I could put by things, how to lay on the table, and what she would be doing. This was my first time ever receiving a massage so the information was happily welcomed; I obviously am not a good listener though bc I forgot to take off my necklace and we had to stop to do that lol. Laying on the heated table I was a little intimidated as to what to do during this massage. I'm a talker when I'm nervous and I always feel weird not filling the silence; however, that nervousness soon flew away as the massage started. There was a pleasant noticeable smell in the room that was neutral, there was some meditative music playing in the background and of course Ms. Judie doing what she obviously does best. The oil she used felt warm and the rocks felt amazing. At first I thought they felt too hot but once Ms. Judie moved them around it was just pure relaxation. During the massage she checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable, of course I was...I was in utter bliss. Ms. Judie was gentle and sure with her movements, the amount of pressure used felt perfect. I don't know the words to describe how wonderful she did and how relax I felt throughout the whole session. After 90 minutes my time was over. She told me to take my time and take it easy when getting ready as I could feel light headed. I felt like a puddle, I was so relaxed, it was like its own high. I begrudgingly got dressed (lol) and met her out front to make my payment (well to meet my husband who gave me the money to make the payment lol). She gave me water, reminded me to drink up and that it was normal to feel hungry and get a headache after. I never got the headache but I felt sore the next day as if I had gone to the gym for an hour. The whole experience was amazing. Even though I live an hour away I may have to make this a more common thing. To wrap up....the facility on the outside is a little gray but the inside is clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and comforting, and knew what they were doing. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

I took my child here for a simple visit regarding GI issues. Before coming in, I called the office…read moreand specifically asked about the total cost of the visit since I was paying out of pocket. I was quoted $120 over the phone. When I arrived, I confirmed this amount multiple times with the front desk and was repeatedly assured that the total cost for the appointment would be $120 -- nothing more. During the visit, the pediatrician ordered a lab test. At no point did anyone mention that this would incur an additional, separate charge from an outside lab, nor was I told what the test would cost. There was also no disclosure of this on checkout. This was after I had repeatedly asked about the price of the visit and told the employees that I was paying out of pocket. Weeks later, I received a ~$900 bill from the lab. Naturally, I called the office and spoke with the owner. Instead of showing any professionalism or accountability, she was impatient, combative, and dismissive. When I pointed out that her staff misrepresented the costs and failed to disclose the lab fees, she flatly said, "We're not going to pay your bills." She offered no solution and insisted that they had no responsibility to inform patients about incurring additional costs. She claimed that she could "ask the lab" to lower the fee -- which is obviously meaningless. I addressed the bill directly with the lab, but this office has zero transparency, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility for misleading their patients. They advertise a family-friendly practice yet operate with deceptive billing and an appalling lack of professionalism. If you're paying out of pocket or simply expect honest communication about costs, stay away from this clinic. I will never return and would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.
