After several minutes, a gentleman yells from the back of the store will be right with you, but when he came back out, he went and started separating merchandise to be stocked - I walked out, and so did the gentleman behind me who had several items as well-instead of hiring people with crazy colored hair, they should concentrate on hiring people who actually want to wait on customers

They have a wider variety of products than chains like WalMart or Giant Eagle would have in their beauty sections, and their employees are great. We were greeted by three different sales associates who were genuinely friendly and helpful. The layout is friendly and intuitive. Sally's didn't have SoftSheen-Carson's Wave Nouveau Moisturizing Finishing Mist that my mother in law was looking for. Disappointing? Yes. Worth deducting 2 stars for? No. They also didn't know when their stock truck would come during the week and what would be on it. My mother in law said that this isn't just a pandemic deal, this is the way they have operated in the past. I don't know why this is the case. I would think that a small business like this would be especially on top of keeping inventory and being in touch with their suppliers. This place has a wide assortment of great products for your needs and wants- including for different types of hair. But I would recommend that if you are looking for a specific product that you call ahead. Save yourself a trip.

"they are over there". My grandson 2yrs old had to use the bathroom. The older woman who unlocked the door for us was ignorant "IT'S LOCKED". My daughter and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN any nicer to them, despite their start to finish rude and ignorant tone with us. If we had not driven 45 minutes to get there we would have not spent a penny in that store. I've shopped in Boot Barn store for at least 30 years... these women, if that was my store, would be fired! Customer service is what brings people back. It should not drive people away. I hope this post reaches the owners of that store. If I had to guess one of those women managed the store. What a shame!!
