However the owner certainly did not put the customer first. Coming from a family who owned businesses locally, I strive to stay local. However, customer service from our family's perspective always comes first. This is clearly not the goal for Stevenson's. I would not recommend doing business with a business that doesn't stand behind their employees or put customers first.
