The people are ALL very friendly, and have a honest desire to give you the best service possible. I made the mistake of visiting a chain operation for a cleaning. After the second visit I still was not able to have my free cleaning, but was told I needed thousands of dollars of work, and my free cleaning was never done. SUFFERED FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS. I went to get my teeth checked at this dental office because I was…read moreexperiencing sensitivity to cold drinks. They took X-rays and said I had an inter-proximal cavity on the upper right side. Got the filling and was told I needed another filling to prevent a cavity on my lower right side. Got the lower filling and was told I was good to go. Experienced worsening sensitivity in the original upper right side but didn't have the time to go back. My tooth started hurting when chewing, so I scheduled the soonest appointment for the extreme sensitivity and pain when biting. They told me the filling was just a tiny bit high and chalked up the sensitivity to my ligaments being bruised due to the high filling. Sensitivity only got more extreme until I went to another dentist where they told me I had a cavity in the tooth touching the original filling. I was flabbergasted and went back to Dental Solutions of Avon to show them the new X-rays. When confronted, they confirmed that they actually did notice something back then on the original X-rays, but never communicated it to me, instead trying to excuse it as 'hard decalcification' that they decided to do nothing about and never monitor because they don't like doing aggressive treatments immediately. This total failure in communication caused me to suffer 2 months of extreme agony with sensitivity to almost anything. Yes, they did a decent job with the original filling, but completely dropped the ball on the adjacent tooth. I doubt an extremely sensitive, painful cavity forms from nothing in a few weeks. Went to a different dentist the same day after showing Dental Solutions of Avon the new X-rays and got a filling. Almost overnight, the 2 months of excruciating pain and sensitivity disappeared. What could've been solved in a few weeks turned into a 3-month nightmare. Be wary.
