I am saddened to see how people sometimes treat them and am baffled by some of the negative reviews. I'm at this UPS at least once a day and sometimes more, I've never seen rudeness from the staff, they go out of their way to help.

Monday morning 9/21/2026 Very disappointing customer service. I walked in and waited at the front…read moredesk while the employee continued talking with the customer ahead of me. At one point, the customer even told him that he could go ahead and help me, but he told her no and continued their conversation while I stood there waiting. I understand finishing up with a customer, but when that customer is literally telling you it's okay to assist the next person and you still refuse to acknowledge them, it comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up leaving with a very poor impression of the service here.

Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

Terrible service at this UPS location. For a long time, I was dropping off around 100 packages…read moredaily without any issues, and then suddenly they stopped accepting them with no clear or professional explanation. I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I've also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

I would have appreciated being told they couldn't do any of them in a respectable time frame when I called them to ask about their possibilities and after I made them aware one week wait for a 15 minute task is very much unacceptable. They should be aware that you gain loyalty from customers when you are a little more accommodating.

I contacted for a quote, she was nice as they all say then she offers a package where, so long as you don't ask for any amendments, if you don't like any of the three designs she presents to you, then you can walk away without paying a cent. The design process was smooth and I loved the initial design options from the start, but one captured my heart. Now I am a happy customer with a new logo and brand, I really recommend Paocy's work.
