The event was catered by Page Barteau and the food and drink provided was fabulous. Marinated beef kabobs, chicken fajitas, tamales, nachos, guacamole, pico, various salsas, churros, all flavors of margaritas, at least three brands of beer. Also wine. The layout was such that no one waited very long. At least four bars and food tables throughout the outdoor riverside area. There was a DJ setup and he kept it bopping. A separate area towards the Pecan St. front of the building was the kid zone. Ballon hats and each kid received a swag bag. Free parade seats were available on a first come basis.
