Victor Ramirez - the crooked sold me the car and lied to me from the start when I signed the document said that the title will come within 90 days. After 4 months, no title from DMV. I called Victor about it and he lied to me again they already submitted all documents to DMV, and DMV don't have the staffing to process my documents. Weeks later We stopped by in person to o confronted them, and the guy named Xavier Camarillo- who handles the Documents, also lied to me, just wait. After 6 months without title, I started to get help from the DMV dealer Investigator and reported my issues. I also got Oregon Department of Justice involved to help me. Finally in May 20,2024, almost a year later I RECEIVED THE TITLE. It was painful and lots of headaches and inconvenient for me. MY ADVICE: DONT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE! Unless they can show you the TITLE on hands. DONT TAKE THEIR WORD, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKED! Save yourself a headaches and inconvenience by taking your business somewhere else. The ONLY positive I can say is that they recently hired a new girl named Luanna Zavala who worked in title department, she was sincere helpful to get the title. Besides that, I don't trust anyone else there.

They overprice cars, make it seem like the car is in "good condition" and then they break down. When you try to get a hold of them, no one responds! You pretty much have to hunt them down. They do not keep their word. They gave us a specific date to pick up our car because it broke down after a week of purchase and it's still not ready! If you want to buy a car from this dealer go ahead, but then you will pay the consequences of dealing with this people!

If you dont heed my warning, at the very least make the smart decision by getting your vehicle inspected by an independent party. We were looking at a green 2005 Dodge Caravan and the test drive seemed to have gone well and we were willing to buy pending an inspection. We booked an inspection with Midas, but these guys insisted we bring it to THEIR mechanic. Um...no thanks, this isnt my first rodeo. When we were gonna walk away from the deal, they finally caved and let us take it to Midas. Well...I am SO glad we did! Midas found a ton of things wrong with the vehicle that the dealers claimed was in perfect working order. Right off the bat, the battery needed to be replaced immediately. The breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. The computer codes were recently cleared and were not responding! We almost lost 4 grand on it. Never going there for a car, and am recommending to all family ans friends to avoid this place like the plague!

Check engine light came on and they gladly took it in to their shop and replaced the mass air flow sensor, only to have the light come on again before I left. Their lead mechanic let me go with him to drive it with their computer hooked up to the truck and was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. At that point, he recommended a new fuel pump, which they ordered that day. They installed the new fuel Pump and also found one of the spark plug wires was bad and grounding out as well. They replaced ALL of my plug wires as a courtesy! Not gonna lie, I was Leary about purchasing a vehicle here at first, but we are thoroughly pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from their service center!!! The service shop manager and foreman are definitely going to help this place thrive! We would definitely purchase here again! Recommended

Unfortunately, just three days after bringing it home, the check engine light came on. We had the car looked at by our mechanic and were told it needs a new catalytic converter--something that typically fails over time, not overnight. When we contacted the dealership, we were told the vehicle was sold "as-is," which we understand. However, it's very concerning that such a major issue showed up almost immediately after purchase. It raises serious questions about whether this problem existed prior to the sale and whether it should have been disclosed. Overall, this experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. We expected more transparency, especially after being assured the vehicle had gone through a thorough inspection. Buyers should be cautious and consider having any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

Once I identified the problem, I brought it back immediately because this is a major safety concern. I was told the issue had been fixed. However, after being out of the country for two months, I returned to find two flat tires again--clearly, the problem was never properly resolved. The dealership then offered to buy the vehicle back for $33,500. I did not feel this was a fair price given what I originally paid, but I didn't have the time to continue dealing with the situation and felt stuck accepting it. What's even more concerning is that the same vehicle is now listed for $40,000 with the same rims that caused the issue in the first place. Selling a vehicle that cannot reliably hold air in its tires raises serious safety and legal concerns. This experience felt dishonest and careless when it comes to customer safety and resolution. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
