My son drove in from AR to do this transfer, Justin stayed an hour past his normal quitting time to assist us. My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. The store manager should be extremely proud of their team. You are obviously doing something right. I am in sales so I don't throw out praise lightly. Top notch service by Justin and everyone.

The AI they use to analyze your bill makes giant mistakes that will cost you thousands of dollars if you aren't careful. The manager won't do anything to make it right. We have been with AT&T off and on for 50 years. We put up with AT&T for quite a while because…read morethere was no other reliable company, but then they began charging us more than we could afford. We dropped AT&T, and switched to Verizon until they charged us an extra fee for a business call. We dropped Verizon and moved to T-Mobile for our cell phones and internet. Because our son is High Functioning Autistic and the internet was unreliable, we switched from T-Mobile to AT&T internet at $80 a month. Shortly there after we switched our cell phones from T-Mobile to Tello because T-Mobile began dropping the senior rates that we had been paying. We have been with AT&T for internet since June of 2025 at $80 a month. We had been Enrolled in Auto pay through our bank account, but then our bank warned us that AT&T's method of collecting from the bank account was not safe or fair. In August of 2026 we switched to auto pay via Debit card/credit card. AT&T did not like that so they raised out rate to $85 a month. I tried to fight it with no results because the people we have to speak to are just minor employees who have no power to help. No in September, 2026 AT&T increased our bill again to $90 a month for the same reason-we will not pay with our bank account. While the internet is great, the cost is a scam to just put more money into the pockets of the owners. I have searched other internet providers, and Verizon, T-Mobile, and Xfinity all have similarly bad reviews due to scam billing. We are very happy with Tello for our phones at a low coast, but we really want a honest, reliable, reasonable cost internet company.

The increasing slowness, in addition to the prices going through the roof (from $49.99 to $79.99!) means I'll be switching to a competitor next week, who charges less for faster speeds. What's sad is I know other people who live very close to me and use Spectrum, who pay $79.99 but get Gigabit speeds! It's criminal to charge me the same amount for far slower speeds.
