If they aren't there and you leave a message, they will reach out to you by phone, text or email ASAP. I dropped off my computer by appointment and was personally greeted and helped. Within 24 hours I had a picture of my working computer in my text messages with a surprise note: she had only turned it on. Idk how, but it was working again and the computer room didn't want any money as she felt nothing had been done. Who does this these days!? They had even started to make plans for me to pick up my computer next door as they are closed on the weekend! I know where all my computer business is going from now on.

Low quality computers! Fake windows oem registration key!…read more Beware! I bought a computer from them and had to reinstall the windows. The OEM key on the machine was from CHINA and was not licensed for the united states. I took the computer to another pc store, and was told everything in the computer was the CHEAPEST garbage parts possible. Power supply was not giving enough power, had bad voltage! Cheap CPU had no warranty from the maker at all! You get what you pay for. I learned the hard way. The owner will be very friendly to you, but the second you have a problem he turns on you and treats you like an enemy. Once they have your money, they won't care.

In this case it's no longer a complaint it's a warning. I cannot describe in one review how many levels of bad my experience was at this business. I was far beyond over charged, asked to pay part up front (big red flag) it took 8 weeks to build a desktop and could not get my down payment back. Go figure! 6 weeks into my wait was told that it should be almost done in New York and ready to ship. I was under the impression that it was more of an in house build rather than a tiger direct build. I specifically asked for a program by name and was sold a lesser version of that software for $139 more than I can buy it from it's manufacturers web site. I stated no need to deliver the computer, I will gladly pick it up, prior to having it delivered for a $100 fee. I always let people have the chance to fix a mistake so I brought one concern to attention (the wrong software) and received nothing but "I'll call you back". Since I have not received a call back I am now reduced to this. Please find another place to buy a computer. I should have known when I walked in and first got a lengthy horror story about a previous customer whom did not want to pay a repair bill, and yes I was also told the name of that customer. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!
