I had developed a slight limp over the past few years since having hip replacement surgery in. My…read moreortho physician recommended I try PT, focused on strengthening my hip flexor and lower back muscles. He recommended this PT practice specifically. After my initial evaluation with Nick and the first few therapy sessions, I could immediately tell I was making progress. I learned how to perform proper exercises and stretches and was encouraged to share feedback after each session. Nick listened to all my concerns and showed me how to tackle all those challenges. I was not only undergoing treatment, I was learning how to perform and maintain the correct and meaningful exercises at home or at the gym. What a great experience I had interacting and being treated by their professional, cheery and caring staff!

This could not be further from the truth. He fostered a rapport with me since I moved here in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic while I did not know any other physical therapy options. Jason leverages patients' injuries and personal lives for how they can serve his career needs. He told me that what I needed for my hip and hamstring tear was "personal training", when I could not run without pain. This medical opinion was incorrect, as determined by my orthopedic specialist and other physical therapists. Jason knew he just did not have the specific industry expertise, clinic space, or equipment to *appropriately* finish rehabbing my advanced near surgical-level hamstring tear. Many times in the years I saw him for my recurring spine issues, Jason was intrusive in my communication with my doctors to suit his business networking objectives. I have seen him make patients cry and lose his temper on his staff. I would avoid him and his practice at all costs.

In my experience with PT providers - they get a bit lazy on the exercises routines after 10-12…read morevisits. You might start with a good PT then they hand you off to a rookie and the routine becomes repetitive which is little value added as most things can be repeated at home. If you lucky enough to get a new senior person they will add challenging exercises but that is more the exception than the norm. At first I was very impressed but as time went by it was the same thing over and over. Challenging is important to getting better.

I had started at ATI after I needed physical therapy for a severe pain in the side of my leg. I teach at a fitness studio so this was inhibiting my work and I was heading out of the country and wanted to get some sort of improvement prior to leaving. I went in and saw 3 different therapist, who were mostly very nice (I saw one female therapist who was inattentive and not as friendly). Unfortunately more times than not my visits caused more pain in my leg (even though I would express things they were having me do was causing further harm they still wanted me to do activities that would flare up the area vs. allowing time for it to heal). Further more I came home to an almost $500 bill. Ouch. Pros: The therapists were mostly nice Cons: Expensive Will have you do exercises that cause more harm Very pushy to fit in as many times as possible though the time was harmful (seemed to want the money from from my visits vs caring about whether is was efficacious) I have since found better therapists that almost instantly diagnosed and treated me in such a way that gave me relief and is allowing to return to normal.

This company is the worst!!…read more I was looking to book a massage for my dad who had a health event. Be warned...the follow up is relentless. I'm talking calls and texts daily. I finally got around to finishing booking the appointment and received the attached follow up messages. The last one told me to put my card info in to book the appointment. So I did. THEN I got ANOTHER follow up call. I told the attendant that I had already booked. She said she didn't see it in her system and that they don't book via that link. So basically I've been harassed for 2 weeks to book a $49 massage and now you tell me that I've possibly been scammed?!?! I don't want anything to do with them. I'm beyond flustered and totally upset. Let this be a warning so it doesn't happen to you.

Went for my first visit today at this location…read more.. - waited about 5-10 minutes till someone came from the back to the desk to greet me and assist -got brought to the room to start my initial consultation situation. Everyone was very nice! Specially the girl that talks to you about your insurance coverage, she was so fun! - I originally signed up for a lymphatic drainage massage, confirmed this multiple times prior to my visit, was supposedly scheduled with their only person who does this, which was a women. -i am asked about signing up for their "care package" for 10 massages.. i declined because I hadn't had my massage yet to see if the vibes were right and that I liked the place. - greeted by a man (who was very nice) and walked to my massage room. Asked my pain points and where to focus... with confusion I asked, Is this not a lymphatic massage? He said no... that there must of been confusion with the call center... - I still got the massage from him and he was great, regular massage nothing special but this has nothing to do with him. -my issue is that I came in thinking I was getting something, that I tried to confirm multiple times, excited about, did my research on, etc... to not get that... The transparency is not there, the MULTIPLE text from this company from different numbers daily, was exhausting.. I really looked forward to this and was hoping to start a plan because I work right next to it and who wouldnt want a massage on their lunch break... but i declined when my initial experience was not even close to what I thought I was doing for the day. Bait and switch. Maybe they switched it up once I declined on the "care package" before getting the actual massage? Who knows... but what a let down... Again, staff was friendly but whatever is going on at that "call center" needs to get sorted.. Dont waste peoples time.
