We had tiny little black ants invade our kitchen, so we called Peak Pest Management to come out and help. They were able to come out the same day and did not charge a fee to give an estimate if we picked them for the job. We did pick them, and got an expert opinion we were comfortable with. They found an ant colony on our property, sprayed around the entire outside of our home, explained what to expect over the coming days, and offered to come back if the problem was not gone in a month and spray both inside and outside for half price. Very happy with the service and would happily have them back if the evil little ants ever emerge again. read more

Several months ago I paid Peak Pest Management to set up some mice traps that have poison.. The deal is that if you call back within a year, they come and refill the traps for $75.00. Today FOR THE FOURTH TIME, Peak Pest Management was a no show. My renter took time off work and took a bus all the way home to wait for them. I am very disappointed. They were very nice the first time and came right out, but their deal to refill the traps is obviously a scam. Each time, when we called to report the no show, their voicemail was full and then it took a week or two to reschedule the appointment. I've now had a mice infestation for months and I'm going to have to call and pay someone else to fix this problem. read more

Tore out a rotten deck and found a nest of carpenter ants that had started getting into the bottom of the house siding. Got three quotes and at $349.00 Pete's was the lowest and included a one year guarantee. They were able to fit me into the schedule within a few days and were on time for the appointment. Lesson learned.. don't procrastinate when you even think you have any rotting wood in or around your house!!! read more

Had hornets nest spring up near my entry way to my house and was looking scary with mean yellow jackets/hornets ready to eat my guest that come to my home. Called on a Sunday as they were open and Micha one of the owners was able to swing by treat the nest and kill them all dead and after they died off I took the nest down as it was like a football of nasty and put in the garbage forever. He treated the rest of the house with chemical to make sure another hornet next comes back. Very happy with the service and no up selling for continuous service plans like most Pest control companies. Overall very happy and will call again with any Pest issues in the future. read more

The tech that came out was actually the only pleasant aspect of this experience. Dealing with the owner is a nightmare. His name is Micah or some crap like that. He's a liar and flake. I needed a receipt for the $215 poison packs they charged me to drop in the crawlspace. The tech was suppose to email the receipt to me. He didn't. I called and talked to Micah, he told me he had to cut out early to get his kids and he wouldn't be working again for 3 days, even though they claim to be available 24/7. I waited a few days and called back. He said he put the receipt in the mail. I waited a few days, no receipt. I called back, this time no one answered for 2 days. And good luck leaving a voicemail, their vm box was full. I finally got a callback from Micah. He said the receipt was in the mail and gave me his sob story about his divorce. Long story long, it's been a month since the work, I still have no receipt. They are overpriced and obviously don't care how their business is perceived. Stay away. read more

Peak Pest does a wonderful job! I had a problem of hearing mice in the attic and the walls and Micah came out and quickly got rid of the problem! I actually have him come out a couple times a year to rebait and keep myself from having other rodent problems. Found these guys on Craigslist. Hired them for hornet removal. They found carpenter ants and also eliminated rodent issue. These guys were way easy to work wih and did a 100% elimination of pests. read more

We had three nests of yellow jackets. I kept getting stung and I'm allergic, so I emailed Peak Pest Management and they came the same day and got all three nests. The guy was great, but I am a bit disappointed in the payment process. I paid with a debit card. He put it in his phone and I have not been able to obtain a receipt. read more

I saw the excellent reviews for this place and called to set up an appointment for a quote. The man I talked to on the phone was really friendly and it was easy to set up a time. The time came and went and no one showed up or called to say they were running late. I finally called the office and was again greeted by a friendly employee who confirmed my appointment time and said the guy who was supposed to come to my house was just running late. I pointed out that that was fine, but that I'd already waited the entire two hour window and it would've been considerate to have been notified of this sooner as I had stuff to do. He said he'd have the guy who was supposed to come over for the quote call me right away to get an eta. I hung up, waited 10 minutes and called back to inform him that I still hadn't received a call. I was asked if I wanted to set up a different time for someone to come give me a quote since this guy wasn't getting to me in time! At this point I honestly just felt really stupid for running home from work to make sure I was home in time for the appointment and waiting around for two hours for no reason. I still don't understand how I had such a terrible experience when everyone else's was so flawless :( read more
