While they seem to get new equipment more regularly than other locations, maintenance on some old equipment seems to be harder to execute. The good: State of the art treads and bikes make cardio work enjoyable. A wide range of equipment and floor space to do your own strength training is also plentiful. The not so great: The rowers specifically in the workout area upstairs don't seem to be calibrated correctly. They also hold a wide number of special classes, both at the location as well as local parks to keep your fitness journey fresh. If you are looking for fitness community, join them for one of the activities they host at their onsite lounge. This location also does a nice job of keeping all areas clean and presentable.

Wow. This location is by FAR the best in the area. Not only does it have basically every machine…read moreyou'd expect, but it also has a hack squat, a flat plate-loaded chest press, lateral raise machine, V-squat, t-bar row, and the inclined hammer strength shoulder press. These are all pretty rare machines and great additions to the place. I also love the black interior paired with the purple lights in the back room. Most AF are bright with lime and orange walls which I don't enjoy. There are probably around 8 benches and 3 dual cable stacks, much more than most. There are also 5 bathrooms with 4 showers. I also appreciate how the owner is always fixing and improving the place. Overall, this location has the most equipment in the area, and the interior is a thing of beauty. Edit: the biggest thing this gym was missing was a chest supported row, but I walked in today and they added a T-bar row! This gym stays on top.
