Dr Andree uses a gentle treatment approach that includes a diagnostic technique called applied kinesiology. After several months of treatment, I have experienced a dramatic reduction in headaches, a change that has improved my quality of life significantly. My neck pain, related to a 44 year old injury, as well as my lower back issues are greatly improved as well. After so many years with daily pain, improvement like this is remarkable. Gavin took x-rays and determined I didn't need a hip replacement -- the real issue was in my back and neck, with sciatica turning out to be the culprit behind the hip pain. My treatment plan ran 12 weeks (24 visits), and I now go back once a month for maintenance. Part of the treatment involved applying pressure to the lumbar area of my spine on a special table, which relieved pressure on the sciatic nerve. After each session, the pain gradually diminished. I tried several methods to improve my condition such as physical therapy, acupuncture, and a lot of icing... I cannot fathom the fact that I just paid $165 for her to crack my neck. She did NOT adjust properly and kept using a gun. My chiropractor flips me and bends me and makes sure that everything is cracked in one go THEN offers the gun. She then kept talking and wasting time and put me on the table with heating pads for someone to massage me for 5 minutes. I truly never felt more robbed my entire life. I also did not like the customer service. No one sent me any paperwork to fill out until 9:10 and my appt was at 9:45 and they texted me saying if I didn't fill it out they'd cancel or reschedule. I want my money back. this was the worst experience I ever had at a massage/chiropractor office. ALSO I told her I had TMJ.... She did nothing about that. She also expected me to come again.
