Excellent, prompt service. A friend's house was without heat due to a boiler breaking. They had…read morepurchased a used boiler to put in but didn't have the expertise. Another HVAC company quoted them an exorbitant price for a new boiler and wouldn't even consider the boiler they had. I called K & K and they came out the next day, inspected the existing piping and evaluated the setup. The following day they returned with the needed materials, installed the used boiler and had the whole system back up and running by afternoon. And their quote was quite reasonable. I highly recommend K & K for their professionalism and their quick response to the situation.

We live on the same road as the business. We had an emergency call on a Sunday. They will not…read moreprovide emergency services for non established costumers. We cannot establish a relationship without receiving the help. This is a missed opportunity for Durkie to receive a long standing business relationship. Maybe this company is busy enough to turn away work. We understand that a possible maintenance service from this company would establish a customer base but they just lost any future business. Also, if we were customers we were quoted $425 just to dispatch an emergency call. This seems excessive, but we were willing to pay it. The service tech did offer to come out tomorrow (Monday). How would tomorrow make us a customer? Unfortunately, there is just not an interest in working.
