Wow, what a contrast to so many locally owned companies! As soon as I made the appointment to have…read moreour ducts cleaned, I got a text and email confirming the information. On the morning of the appointment I received a text message with the names of the men who would be coming to my house. About 20 minutes out I received a courtesy call from one of them telling me they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived right at the appointment time originally set. They were happy, eager to work, answered questions, offered suggestions, let us watch them work and see the issues they saw in their 'scope' they put in one of the vents. They picked up after themselves, either took their shoes off in the house or covered them with dust covers - very professional and pleasant to talk to. They offer several services, one of one is a heavy plastic/rubber sheeting in the crawl space that seals the space completely - after our experience today we will for sure use them for this service. Great company!

The crew was great: worked extremely hard, kindly answered all my questions, and cleaned up the grounds. I would highly recommend this company and this crew for anyone needing a metal roof. I started my journey for a new roof after my home started leaking water from the ceiling. We…read morelooking at metal roofs, and standard roofs. I found that all of the companies that I got bids from were giving me hand written bids. I did not like this. I think that a hand written bid is very unprofessional especially in 2023. J&E we're the first and only company to give us a bid that included photos, problems, and full report on there findings. They even offered other a-la-cart services for items they recommended like upgraded shingles, gutters, and upgraded roofing materials. No other roofing company offered this so i was very pleased with the options. I knew then I was going to hire J&E. All of there staff was very professional and helpful with navigating my roof replacement from 800 miles away. They kept me up to date on everything and in the loop. They delivered what they promised which is more than I can say for the roofer on my main home. The price I found was fair, J&E was a bit higher than some of the bids not the highest right in the middle for the bids I received. In todays world it is hard to find a trustworthy contractor and an honest one. You truly do get what you pay for with J&E plus some. I would recommend J&E to anybody in the southwestern Missouri area in need of a roof replacement or repair.
