I paid him in full for the jobs he bid me and by the end I received a bill from Meeks because he did not pay for all of the material and stuck me with that bill even though I had already paid him for the material he just kept the cash instead of paying for all of the material. Along with that as soon as I noticed what he did I told him I was not going to pay anything extra, and that he just needed to finish what jobs I had already paid him in full for, but instead he just packed up and left not even starting the jobs I had already paid him for totaling $2845. As it turns out this is how he operates. I found him on Missouri case net after he robbed me and found out he is currently pending felony charges for possession of stolen property so this is just how he operates I guess. We wanted to keep as much of the earth in place for insulation as possible, and he was able to figure out how to do that.
