If you are looking for help with only planting and you already know exactly where you want things…read moreto be planted sure Hillside could possibly get it done. After having Hillside install irrigation, plants, tress, and landscape lights it has been 2 years of on and off dead plants due to poor irrigation installation. Half of the landscape lights around the property would not come on. It was exhausting contacting them to help with warranty issues only after 1 month. A complete overkill of too many plants that I did not approve. This is not an irrigation and lighting company. They can order or source plants but again know where you want them. I have since had so many issues. Let me save you the time and your bank account being drained and just say "not worth it" Save yourself the headache.

Last week, Cowboy Asphalt of Monett, MO was in our subdivision resurfacing our neighbors road and…read moredriveway. I watched them work and decided to have them do our driveway too. First I visited with the owner, Allen Fox, asking him to describe their process. We chose two layers of oil and gravel to do our job. We signed a contract with Allen, detailing our agreement. First, they removed old gravel and hauled it away. They contoured the drive to get the best drainage for rain water. Next they compacted the site with a 3,500 pound rolling machine. They laid down a layer of hot oil, then covered it with fine, attractive river gravel. The first layer was then compacted, followed by the second layer of oil and gravel. Each layer of gravel was first leveled by hand raking, then compacted. Allen's crew completed the job per our agreement. They began one afternoon and the job was complete by the following evening. After final inspection we paid them the contracted price. We are pleased to give Cowboy Asphalt a five-star rating for a job well done. Sincerely, Frank Bennington, Shell Knob, MO

I found that all of the companies that I got bids from were giving me hand written bids. I did not like this. I think that a hand written bid is very unprofessional especially in 2023. J&E we're the first and only company to give us a bid that included photos, problems, and full report on there findings. They even offered other a-la-cart services for items they recommended like upgraded shingles, gutters, and upgraded roofing materials. No other roofing company offered this so i was very pleased with the options. I knew then I was going to hire J&E. All of there staff was very professional and helpful with navigating my roof replacement from 800 miles away. They kept me up to date on everything and in the loop. They delivered what they promised which is more than I can say for the roofer on my main home. The price I found was fair, J&E was a bit higher than some of the bids not the highest right in the middle for the bids I received. In todays world it is hard to find a trustworthy contractor and an honest one. You truly do get what you pay for with J&E plus some. I would recommend J&E to anybody in the southwestern Missouri area in need of a roof replacement or repair.
