She said that they were only working a half a day due to the holiday but they won't go home until my mom was taken care of. I received a call from Kyle and he will be here by 11am. I originally had my elevator installed by them too, but when it stopped working and I called for service, they told me they no longer handle residential elevators -- only commercial ones now. I ended up using Executive Elevator out of Louisville, and they did a fantastic job! Super professional and easy to work with. So for anyone buying one of those homes, just keep in mind that Custom Elevator requires a yearly service agreement if you ever want them to come back out for maintenance or repairs. Hopefully this helps someone avoid the surprise I had!

After 4 phone calls, I threatened to call the BBB and guess what? They were here right away. I cannot go up and down steps so my laundry and litterpan sat for almost 2 weeks. The fellow that came said he was the only person who was certified to work on chair lifts. That's funny because he had to call for help. Then he had the audacity to present me with a bill which I refused to pay. I got a call from the owner who told me I was no longer their customer. If you want rude sales people and poor service, this is the company to deal with. I echo the comments in my 7-22-22 review. Same sorry company over a year later.
