There is no notification of when the website will be down, and it tends to malfunction for scheduling and payment needs. As far as their payment system. I got charged everything later, and then had to pay my sitters via VenMo which is an additional hassle as a grad school mom in clinicals having to remember who/how much to pay. I also think that there should be a time limit to how late a sitter can be assigned. Sometimes I don't have anyone scheduled same day as a shift I have had posted up for weeks. They do not guarantee the same sitters, and try to schedule as soon as they can, but as a busy parent this is inconvenient as I feel like I have to have a backup sitting service I'd have to pay extra for. I understand there are cancellations, but NannyPosse scheduled a new sitter 2 hours before a shift because my original one cancelled. This may work for some families, but not good for toddlers with stranger danger. I hope they improve their website, scheduling, and response time as I've paid $300 for a mid grade membership.
