He agreed to attach extra wood to make the gap smaller. My mom followed up multiple times and he continually gave her the run around about the timeline to come address the issue. My parents are elderly and are currently experiencing health issues which makes the whole ordeal even more stressful. Now we're having to pay someone else to come tie up his loose ends.
