They do one job at a time with total oversight. Bryen takes great pride in his work and it shows on a daily basis. We are on a hill. Our back yard has been a swamp for many years during hard rains. Not anymore. We had a really hard rain and the drainage system they installed worked beautifully. They cleaned up every day. They arrived on time every day. If it rained on a week day, they made it up on a weekend day. He said nothing would be a problem and it wasn't. It is worth the wait, so get in line and have it done. It came in pretty much on budget. I made a couple of changes. Mardi S.

My design was a little different than box standard, and they delivered a quality product. We got fencing and gates. The City of Murfressboro closed our permit with nothing to say but "good job!" The pricing was extremely fair. I wish more companies had as much integrity as 5 star! I will also add that Caleb went above and beyond to help us socialize a 6 month old GSD puppy. He was patient and friendly, just like with us! I appreciate his help with that! Who doesn't want to do business with someone who understands dogs?

Last Oct while out of town deer damaged post holding gate and opened area. Called Richy on Nov 7th called Richy. He said he would fix it "next week". Delivered 2 gate post and a bag of cement. After getting quotes from four different companies, Metropolitan Fence stood out immediately. Richy spent time asking detailed questions, whereas other companies just measured and left. Their quote was right in the middle--not the absolute cheapest, which actually gave me peace of mind about the quality. What really set them apart was the installation process. Richy is completely hands-on. Metropolitan Fence doesn't just sell you a project and sub it out; Richy did the upfront measurements and was onsite working alongside his crew every single day. Whenever an installation question came up, he contacted me immediately with options, weighing the pros and cons of each. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about quality and customer service. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Metropolitan Fence to anyone.

Took several estimates and decided to go with Dodd and Collins because they were very collaborative on the design phase and estimate came very reasonable. Everything we discussed during the design phase was executed and any changes verified with me first before any work was started. They never rushed, attention to detail was excellent and ensured the quality of work was not compromised. They are local entrepreneurs that provide quality work at a fair and very competitive rate. Plus they are very honest, up front and professional. I would definitely hire them again on my next project.

We agreed on a very specific job - then they conducted work TOTALLY outside of the agreement then charge you for it. They absolutely violate any contract and agreement. When we brought up the agreement and specs of the original work - they threatened, harassed, cursed, and acted totally unprofessionally. Unfortunately for them - they did this over email so we have a paper trail with their unprofessionalism. (Photos to come later). Ultimately they could not argue against their original agreement, and we did not pay for the work that was not agreed upon. BUT then that's when the retaliation began (note the harassment I detailed above and the job they left undone afterward)... 2. They do not show up on the schedule date or time. They have really poor communication skills, and arrived at a random date and time that worked for them - again - outside of what was agreed upon. 3. The workmanship was terrible - the fences they installed went outside our property line, cracked and broken portions, and they left the job incomplete and left all of their mess in our driveway that we then had to clean up ourselves (I'm talking wood, concrete, dust, nails, just all their mess and materials). 4. We have alerted this company to our local realtor community - and they have all agreed they will not be working with them again. I do not see them lasting much longer in business. Repeat - this place is a scam - be very careful when dealing with them - and please find another company with ethical practices, better reviews, and a better reputation.

The job could have been completed in 2weeks--took 4weeks--but they had to come back repeatedly to fix their mistakes. They replaced 5"trim with 4"trim, so had to come back and put back in new 5" trim. The siding they used was shorter than the existing siding , so had to add trim on the bottom to cover the gap, etc, etc., etc. They made no effort to protect the plants around the house. Plants were broken, stomped out of existence, and overspray covers my rhododendron and laurels. I provided them with an itemized listing of all the plants destroyed (didn't include those oversprayed bc hope they'll be okay eventually) and gave them a choice to replace or deduct their cost from the total job. This winter I noticed in the garage/shed that there were huge gaps between the boards where they replaced rotten boards. If I could upload pictures, I could show this, along with the poor wood boards they used to replace those they removed. There is a 1/2" space between two boards. I texted Bridger Designs and asked them to replace the poor boards with good boards big enough so there wouldn't be gaps, but they refused and sent me the name of their lawyers. It was a poor experience all the way around. Every day I'd have to bring mistakes to their attention. The owner and manager weren't around. And, only one of the workers seemed to understand English. They kept having to do things over!! Why they didn't try to do it right the first time makes no sense except to save money on materials. And still, I'm left with a shed /garage that now needs serious repair--even the paint appears to be buckling where they made their patches. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have not responded.
