BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TILE STORE/ INSTALLERS! DO NOT HIRE!!! This team is careless,…read moreunskilled, and completely unprofessional. Kevin and his team (Jesse and Eddie) are the most unprofessional contracting crew I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They were hired by my general contractor not by me directly. Beware Kevin will waste your time, cost you money in rework and materials, deliver substandard results, avoid accountability at every step. First I went by Kevin's showroom and he quoted me $15.95 for a Centura pink tile which is widely available online for $7.79 / sq foot. I ended up ordering my own tile. Kevin's employee Jesse started at my house on March 2nd 2026. As we speak his other employee Eddie is still in my house (April 15th 2026) finishing the bathroom tile, 400 sq feet total. From the start it was clear Jesse did not know what he was doing, he did not use a single spacer, level or laser and my job was mosaic 2" tile, 12 per sheet. Possibly the most basic simp[le tile. He showed up at whatever time he wanted and left whenever he wanted. Surprise when I went into the bathroom and not a single wall was straight. Seams did not match up. Every single wall was wonky. I asked Jesse directly to stop but he informed me he does not take instructions from me and I could contact Kevin. After contacting Kevin through my GC the work still didn't stop three days later and Jesse continued to work away on tile that was messed up from the beginning. Nothing in the bathroom lined up. We eventually had to reorder a big portion of the tile. At that time Kevin had someone new (Eddie) to come and literally install tile over Jesse's work. I have never in my life heard of installing tile over tile. He ripped out very tiny bit (the minimum he could get away with) and tiled over top of everything else. This meant Eddie had to make compensations to make up for Jesse's terrible work. Like leaving a row of half cut tile in the middle of the wall. I was then travelling and called Kevin to ask for Eddie's number so I could call to discuss particulars as he was installing the tile. Kevin refused to give me his number (even though Eddie was physically in my home at the time). When I returned home the project is still not complete. There are half cut tiles in the middle of my wall. Eddie also broke my vintage (irreplaceable) light sconce and didn't let anyone know until I specifically asked where the light globe was. Do not hire these guys under any circumstances. They will have you reordering expensive materials and paying to redo work that wasn't done properly the first, or second time. STAY AWAY!!!!!
