This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. What make's it even worse is…read morethat this is the company I have given several 10s of thousands of dollars to as a deposit for a house. Amongst realtors, property lawyers, etc the company has had a great reputation but in recent years they have managed to destroy it. I believe this is down to the head of the family business, Tito Chiavatti, passing away and now the company is being run by his sons. My home was due to be completed in May 2011. I was given no indication or notification that the house would be delayed in any way until I approached the listing realtor and builder regarding the choice of upgrades etc. It was at this point that I was told that there would be delays. Marcello Chiavatti apologized for the unprofessionalism and promised that he would provide we updates and information, and that the house would be complete in August Long story short, it is now January 2012 and I have not information or notification about when this house will be completed. Avoid at all costs! They do not live up to their word. Completely unreliable. In addition, the realtor used by this company - Linda Ann Chiavatti (the wife of one of the brothers) is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Again, one to avoid at all costs. This company does not even deserve a 1/5

Horrible customer service. Wasted almost two weeks of time. Contacted for basement ceiling drywall…read morequote. Almost a week later someone came to measure and provide quote. Took three follow up calls requesting quote and representative would just continually ask what was more important service or cost. Finally after starting a deadline to provide quote he sent me a scope of project today with no quote... Sorry but if you can't provide a quote for service after two weeks and measurements then you've wasted both of our time.
