Parking took me a second just because the small lot behind the salon was full, but it was also midday on a Saturday. I was able to get a street parking spot a few down from the door and it's 2-hr parking so that was perfect. I would say to make sure you have cash for gratuity as well as you can't add it to your card. I was told some people there do accept Venmo as well, but cash is your best bet. I will definitely book again because the entire rest of the day, I was relaxed. I also love this location because then I don't have to drive into the city at all on busy days!

The sessions for both a large and medium area were scheduled for only 15 minutes, which seemed too short and didn't yield any real results. I had initially planned to continue because I had a membership, but Jessika herself suggested we "part ways" because she felt we weren't the right fit. Honestly, that turned out to be a relief, as I was able to end the membership early. Don't be tempted by the low prices--you're essentially paying for subpar service. You're better off going to a spa where you'll actually see results. Also, no need for a response from the "owner," who may not even exist--most likely just Jessika responding under a different name. I even said I'd rather tone darker and use less bleach if needed -- and that was totally ignored. After the rinse, I parted my hair for the cut and immediately noticed stringy, broken strands. I panicked and expressed my concern, but was told this was "normal," which I know from past experience it is absolutely not. I continued pointing out the damage, and rather than acknowledging it, the stylist became visibly annoyed and shifted the conversation to distract me. I was devastated -- and still am. I only received a 10% discount and a take-home treatment, which I honestly don't think will help at this point. I paid $278 and was in the salon from 12 to almost 5 p.m., which is excessive, especially considering my hair isn't even that dark anymore.
