The only charge was the service call fee. I bought a Husqvarna lawn mower from Ehll's in 2016. I use it to mow my yard weekly and I have it…read moreserviced yearly where they come pick it up and deliver it for one charge. This Spring (2021) I went to start my mower and it would not start. No matter what I did it would not start. I called Ehll's service desk and they sent a tech out a couple of days later. After looking at my mower and going over it, the tech determined that my brake switch was not acting properly. He adjusted it and the lawn mower started right up! After we got the mower running I asked how much for the service charge. He said nothing! It wasn't any big deal to fix. Now that's what I call great Customer Service!
