The waiting room was empty. I texted and a few moments later the girl came out to tell me that the therapist didn't show up and my appointment was cancelled. I left unhappy, not rescheduling. I figured I'd try one more time, and texted to reschedule again because I really needed the massage. I drove there again (a third 1 hour round trip drive) and was 15 minutes from my appointment time in another store around the corner and I got a text reminder of my appointment for the NEXT day. I immediately texted back telling them my appointment was to begin in 15 minutes. She told me 'she must have entered it wrong on the calendar', and that was it. I was done with this place. She offered a free massage to make up for the inconvenience, but what she doesn't know is that between the time I purchased the coupon/deal and now, I was laid-off and NOW, I've spent 3 hours of gas money running back and forth for nothing.
