I consider this to be one of those hidden gems…read more In fact after yesterday I wondered why we don't go more often and made a resolution to visit regularly. So we scheduled another round of massages for each of us. The facility itself is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Next, they always have specials to make the cost of a return visit all the more attractive. The 3 therapist we have experienced, have all been awesome! They are experienced and very professional. And we always leave feeling much better. Shout outs to the front desk and both Martina and Sierra. Looking forward to our next scheduled visit.

Even though this was almost an hour away from me, it was well worth the commute and I think I'll be back. The location is next to LA Fitness in the strip mall, and it's so nice inside. I've been getting colon hydrotherapy treatments regularly for the past 2 years in NYC, where I…read morelive. I have experienced different systems, open, closed, gravity, etc. I wanted to try "Care" while visiting my mother in Dunedin. While the infrared sauna was lovely, and the colon hydro therapist was very caring and sweet, overall, this was such a frustrating experience that I actually walked out after 25 mins with no release results whatsoever. The process was very superficial, they call it "gentle". It was more like "nothingness". I could go in detail about many of the reasons this was unlike any colonic I've ever had, but will spare details. I'm writing the review because when I gave my feedback to the manager, he was relentlessly defensive and actually turned the negative experience around to place blame on me! Come for the sauna, but save your money for the colonic. It's a pure waste of money and time. You may just walk away relieved from a few farts- you can do that on your own by bending over and drinking some app cider vinegar.

I am a registered nurse and was looking in the Tampa Bay area for a medically therapeutic massage,…read morerather than just a relaxation massage. I was thrilled to find Care Massage! All staff have been wonderful there, working out all of my tight muscles, knots and stress points each time I go there. I have really enjoyed the heat sauna to help release toxins and prepare my muscles to be massaged. I've also enjoyed exploring some of their other services offered, such as colonics, skin treatments and cupping! If you want a warm friendly place to go where you will always feel like you received a great value and service, Care Massage will soon become your favorite place as well!

I'm so glad I did because MAMT did not disappoint. Setting up the appointment was extremely easy. I opted for a 2 hr massage. They arrived on the time. Set up quickly and before you know it I was on the table. My massage therapist was Shao Lin. She was just what the doctor ordered and helped resolve tension I've been having upper back. I asked for deep pressure and it was phenomenal. I will definitely use them again. The pricing was also extremely reasonable for an in-home service. I highly recommend MAMT...check them out!

Today was the first time in a long time I have fully relaxed. While getting my massage, I actually fell asleep, which is a first for me. I will definitely be coming back. The location was clean, tidy, relaxing, and the massage bed was heated which was super nice as well. They also sell some products which I wanted to buy but totally forgot about so I will have to go back next week and buy some. It's a CBD pain relieving cream that also has arnica in it. Thanks jerica!

Beware of purchasing gift cards if you actually expect to use them here…read more I received a gift card for this establishment and attempted to book my appointment online. There was no option anywhere in the booking system to apply a gift card as a payment method, and there was also no comments section to explain the situation. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue and that the payment could simply be adjusted on the day of the appointment. Two hours before my scheduled massage I was asked if I could reschedule. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I won't be returning and the gift card meant to bring in a new customer ended up doing the opposite.
