A friend of mine told me a neat trick because she lost so much in a move. As your boxes are packed number them yourself with what room they go in. Use a big black marker(yes, they all have their own systems for it but make your own). Hence I know 7 boxes were missing. My mother - a doll collector had 98% of her dolls damaged due to careless packing. They lost the foot off my grandfather clock and came and got another to try to "match it up". Now my clock only has two feet. I had receipts for the replacement of the things they had broken. After the floors were done so we could move back in they bought our stuff back and scratched the newly done floor from the front door almost to where the refrigerator sits dragging it across the floor. So back to the hotel and they had to move it all right back out. Still no reimbursement for that. The leak was in May of 2023. I don't recommend this company to move ANYTHING ANYWHERE. It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready.
