leaving Tesco yesterday I realised I had a puncture so pulled in to the recycling area opposite the…read morepetrol station. the gentleman in there offered to help me as he was an ex RAC patrol man. in the end he couldn't as I did not have the correct equipment. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped to offer help, in the end a lovely young man from Latvia came and helped me. He pulled out this huge screw/ bolt from the tyre then repaired it with something magic that looked like a rubber plug. I don't know his name, he said he lived in new Milton and he had a blue car. He really was a saviour to me. I was so amazed that so many kind people came to my aid and offered help. with all the bad things happening in this world today, all the people who stopped were just kind and wonderfu, I'm glad I live in this great country.

You have to snake all over the place before you can park anywhere near the shop itself! Once you are there (Even after the much hyped revamp!) the aisles of the shop feel tiny and as soon as anyoone stops to look at anything, you are likely to have to wait for someone else to get out of the way! Bearing in mind the average age of the shopper here (Much higher that you may imagine) they seem to have given little thought to the amount of mobility equiptment that they might need or indeed the space needed to use what they do have fully! The clour schemes are tasteful and I think the prices are fair. If I was revamping a room, this would be one of my first stops. The staff are helpful with out being invasive. There are a number of discount stores (99p, Wilkinson, Peacocks and Poundland) all close together. The only downside is the parking - it seems to go up everytime I go up so would recommend parking elsewhere in Boscombe and walking in.

I'm going to go back sometime and have another look, because somewhere in there is something for me.
