We will not be going back. Regarding these last two visits, he was unable to fix our relatively minor problems despite his keeping our cars in his shop for a week each time. And while this is bad, his lack of communication or respect for anyone else's time made these matters infinitely worse and, in my mind, inexcusable. "We're working on it right now and it will be ready by 5." Yeah right! Imagine having to pay for daily ubers to his shop, only to see my car still untouched from the day before and told to come back tomorrow. This happened every day this week! I started to feel like he was holding my car hostage... and he never even fixed it! I used to trust this guy! Also, my wife's car (and others) got egged in his parking lot as it sat for days, waiting for Bob to be unable to fix it. We ultimately had to take it to a different shop who actually was able to fix it rather quickly (and without the eggs). I was once a very loyal customer. No more. Goodbye Bob.

Then all of a sudden I noticed all of the staff changed and the owner was back and in charge. After bringing my car to them to correct what another shop fudged up, I was told they knew that they were doing and they could fix it to my expectations. The car took three times longer to fix then they told me, cost way more than they quoted and when I went to pick it up, I got attitude from the owner when I started pointing out the severely sub-par work they had done. Even one of the workers agreed with me and told me the boss was cutting corners and didnt do my car right, against all others advice of how to do it right. Mismatched parts, poor workmanship, damage to parts of the car they werent working on, stay away... If you use em, dont say I didnt tell you so!

The oil change business noticed something was leaking underneath my Lexus. I had popped into the dealership later that day for them to review it only to be presented with an exorbitant costly repair. I tried to reach our usual mechanic who is Bob's up the street. He apparently had an accident and was unavailable at his location. Several people recommended Jay's and I was extremely grateful that he was able to take me with short notice and diagnose the problem. I was traveling out of state that week and preferred to use my own car. Dominic was able to squeeze me in. He and his technician stayed later that day to make sure that my repair was completed on time so I was able to take the car the next day. Very reasonably priced. Exceeded my expectations. Clean location. All around super professionalism. You definitely have won customer over and I will be back for additional repairs or general maintenance as will my spouse. I will definitely recommend. I cannot thank this business enough for truly going above and beyond.
