I purchased one scissor lift. When I tested it, it works fine. But when they delivered it to me ,…read moreit was broken. and they did not fix it sucessfully during one month. after one month , they refused to fix , because they said that I purchased it more than one month. I spent more than $10,000 , but even did not used one time. I spent more than $5000 to fix it, but still did not be fixed so far. If someone wants to purchase lift from their company , I suggest that you need to be careful.

I rented a concrete breaker to remove flooring and the safety switch didn't work. After wasting 20…read moreminutes messing with it, my contractor and I called the office. They said to just bypass it (which removes the safety mechanism). At the end of the job, I asked for some credit for the broken component, which was attached to a metal cart that cost a whopping $80/day. I emailed and called multiple times and just got the run around. No credit, no response. Interesting too because the other review written here mentions getting a generous credit. I was told that giving credit was above their pay grade. Total cost at the end of 3-days was over $700 -- and we picked it up and returned it ourselves. Pricing seems exorbitant, but if nobody else has the equipment that you need, this may be your only option. Seems like a hunk of metal that can't really fail (except for the switch) plus the machine and some other component that I was charged the daily rate for could be a little more reasonable.
