Long story short, they picked up the generator from my house, repaired it perfectly, cleaned and tuned it up, and then delivered it back. They also took the time to teach me how to properly maintain it so it doesn't happen again. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! They're not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they're worth every penny. Great service, great communication, and a great guy to work with!

The foreman pressured me to sign the contract without fully explaining it, and I felt taken advantage of given my age and understanding. There were also concerns about missing copper piping from my basement after the job was completed. The lack of clear communication, unexpected billing, and unresolved issues made this a very frustrating experience.
