Estimate was in-line with others, however Palm was suggested by 4-5 personal references. The crew, Joe and Kyle was led by Andrew and these guys were spot on. Windows out and in quickly all while cleaning up as they went along. Andrew noticed that 1 screen was missing before I even had a chance to "inspect" and I am confident that this screen will be delivered and installed as quickly as possible. However, to me, it's not urgent. Currently pending a final inspection by the City and I am confident all will go smoothly. In addition, dealing with their office personnel has also been smooth. I am so glad I hired the folks at Palm Aluminum and Glass and they will certainly be the place I recommend to others. Great job all around.

Of course someone had to be here. 2 days everything was good, but mis ordered 3 windows, still no biggie, I'm easy. Trust me they're calling for their money, (job not completed) This is the only time I've heard back from Steve, salesman. Go figure? So a month later. 3 windows to go. They send one guy, (hard worker) 9 hours here alone. Still missing one last window. I need plaster, paint, which I don't have. This company low balls the price, but you get what you pay for. I still have one window to go, I will not let these people in my home again. I regret ever using them. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you're thinking of using this company, because they're a cheaper, DON'T. I am not an angry person, but easy going. It takes a lot to piss me off. They did a fine job at that. Pay a little more and get it done right. Many regrets using this company.
