The asphalt in front of our house was buckling up, and the potholes were getting larger and larger with each passing month. The streets in our development are owned by the HOA (not the city), and the HOA holds homeowners responsible for all tree damage to common areas (sidewalks, etc), so it was up to me to get the problem fixed. Every asphalt company I contacted didn't want the job -- they like to replace entire parking lots, not repair small portions of a street -- so I had struck out several times before finding this company on Google. I am so [darn] glad I did. ;-) The company owner and 2-3 other workers trenched out the roots adjoining the street, refilled the resulting gap, then dug out and replaced the damaged asphalt. I've attached before/after pictures to this review, but I couldn't be happier with the results. If you have a hard-to-solve tree root problem (tree roots AND asphalt, etc), definitely consider calling this company. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable, Insured I was looking for a…read moretree trimmer to trim our coconut palm, an overgrown mahogany tree and an overgrown oak tree. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

There were several parts to the project - removing rhizomes, removing aggressive groundcover, assessing a huge cactus that cracked its pot, adding rocks and succulents, etc. Corey presented solutions and great ways to enhance the garden. When he talked about using cement edges, we'd never considered it but love the idea. So, after speaking with Corey, an experienced arborist, why didn't we go ahead? Because my husband and I realized that the plan would've required us to commit to weeding often. We designed the rock/succulent garden but after remembering how we have to weed in the rock area on our property, we put the project on hold. Yes, I'm keeping Dynasty Tree Service's info nearby to use when our tree needs pruning again.
