There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

The price was in the ballpark and the salesman was up front about everything. The only complaint I have is I wish the salesman had recommended 6 inch gutters. I went with what we had previously (5 inch) and during the first heavy rain, the runoff from the roof was going over the top of the gutters. I guess these tiles were thicker than the previous tiles. Communication by email was a little slower than I would have liked but all in all I would recommend SK to my friends.

Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

I called not once, not twice but almost a dozen times to have these clowns to come and give us a quote on a new roof. They promised to have someone follow up time and time again to hearing crickets? No call no show Now i think what happened was due to a couple factors one they where so busy that they couldn't be bothered with new work even from an existing customer - my wife. They did the roof shingle repair but left rotted fascia along the entire house and flashings that were leaking around the chimney and other joints. We discovered the problems because they didn't replace the gutters and the gutter company we called pointed out the issues. We also contacted another roofing company that verified the issues and said we should have been told that the repairs were necessary. When we contacted Gulfstream they wouldn't even go and look.
