I've hired cars from this particular branch of Enterprise for many years. The main reason being…read moreprice sensitivity - it's cheaper to hire a car slightly out of centre than in, say, their South Hampstead branch. However, returning a vehicle today I was stuck by a number of things. Firstly, how supremely excellent Enterprise are at customer service. From the courtesy call before I pop in to get the vehicle to ensure I have all my documents. To the staff in this branch who are incredibly friendly and professional - and appear to also be having a lot of enjoyment working there - a great team it would appear. Thinking about it, the Park Royal car hire place is actually extremely easy to get to - a few mins walk from Harlesden which is on both the bakerloo and Overground line. After yet another great experience this weekend I've decided I simply won't hire a car from anywhere else but here.

I needed reliable transportation that I could feel both SAFE and SECURE in and converse in English easily. The answer for me was Harmony Cars. I contacted Howard at Harmony Cars online and he promptly responded setting me up with transportation from Heathrow to Oxford with no issues whatsoever. Once arrived at Heathrow I was met promptly and easily by my driver with a proper sign and such an easy ride to Oxford. Additionally, before it was time to return to the States, Howard at Harmony Cars provided a nice, personalized tour of London town for me: taking me to all of the sites I wanted to see, the Full Monty: Abbey Road (Howard dropped so much knowledge on me about the Beatles and got an excellent video of me walking the famous Beatles Abbey Road crosswalk,) Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, drive-bys of all the incredible statues, a personalized up close visit to the gorgeous Giraffes at the Zoo, Princess Diana's memorial park and OF COURSE: the best Fish & Chips at Rock and Sole! Thank you Harmony Cars for making everything so wonderful and great! We will always use Harmony Cars when traveling to Heathrow and beyond!
