They did have lots of skimmers, strainers, chinoises, spoons, etc. It's a good place to buy things for a party and maybe, if you're just starting out, things to set up your home kitchen. They have all types of cooking vessels, including some REALLY huge stockpots, but you won't find high-end cookwear like All-Clad. This place is OK, but they just didn't have what I've been looking for (although I did make a mental note of the Chinese spoons that are good for serving appetizers).
