I came to PCH Chiropractic in Dana Point in extreme pain, barely able to move my neck. The only part of me that seemed to be working were my eyes, which were scanning for a real solution to my problem. What I found was not just a chiropractic adjustment, but a truly transformative approach to health and wellness. The husband-and-wife team of Drs. Palmer and Catherine Peet are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. They don't just guess at the problem; they begin with digital X-rays to pinpoint the exact issues and create a personalized care plan. For me, this educational approach was a game-changer. They helped me understand what was happening in my body and how their treatments would specifically address my needs. Since starting my treatment, the results have been phenomenal. I was suffering from cervicogenic headaches that lead to migraines and I was looking for a different approach than just physical therapy. In my search for other modalities, PCH Chiropractic was mentioned many times. I went to their website, watched the videos where Dr's Palmer and Catherine explained their techniques specifically with regard to headaches. I filled out the paperwork and got a call from Dr. Catherine on a Sunday night asking me if I had any questions. At my appointment, I was greeted by Deanna and given a tour of the facility. Then Dr. Catherine sat down with me for an extended period of time to talk about my health concerns and my needs. Dr. Palmer took X-rays and told me about his experience as a chiropractor. Since seeing Dr. Catherine 3 times a week, my headaches have almost completely disappeared. I feel that my needs are met and my questions answered on a consistent basis. I'm treated with care and compassion and the utmost respect. Most importantly, I feel my overall health and wellbeing has improved. I'm so happy I found PCH Chiropractic. I highly recommend them. PCH Chiropractic has entirely changed my life. I have never had chiropractic care before here and never thought I needed it. I, like many others, learned to live with the pain and discomfort of lower back pain. I couldn't mop or do any heavy lifting without my sciatica acting up. On my first visit, they took X-rays (which I LOVED) so they could really see what was going on. After following their suggested care plan I have been able to start going to the gym and living daily life pain free. Other than impeccable chiropractic care, Dr. Catherine really helped me balance my hormones after being on birth control for 13+ years. With their help and guidance, I have felt the best I have ever felt & truly can never thank them enough for everything they have done. If youre looking for a place that feels like home & has the best environment with people who actually care, this is the place hands down! read more

We have been so pleased with PCH chiropractics. My 6 year old was constantly sick, we decided to give PCH Chiropractics a shot after a terrible year of reoccurring ear infections, failed ear tubes and too many antibiotics to count. I was a doubter- I had never even been to a chiropractor. But we were hopeful and so glad we got to know Dr. Palmer and experience the benefits of PCH chiropractics first hand. Our son has been ear infection free for months (HUGE) and his overall health has massively improved. He was a kid who just got sick a lot- a small cold always turned into a bigger thing. Last year he missed 22 school today's. 2/3rds through this year under Dr Palmer's care and he has missed 5 days. We are so grateful!!! Dr. Palmer is also great with kids! read more

At 34 weeks pregnant, I found out that my baby was in breech position and was recommended by my midwife to try chiropractic care. I had never been to the chiropractor before but was open to anything that would help. I think it was only after two or three visits that my baby flipped into the correct position and I was able to avoid having a c-section. I'm forever grateful. I've learned a lot about the importance of spinal correction since being under Dr. Palmer'sand feel confident in their practice. My son has been getting adjusted there since he was 2 weeks old. I've been going consistently ever since and I'm so happy I made that first phone call! I notice improvements in my overall health after every adjustment. Forever thankful! read more

I've visited many, many chiropractors over the past 30 years, some of them good, some not. In general, chiropractic has been an amazing gift to me for hormonal migraines, subluxed joints, and an overall sense of well-being. I've embraced chiropractic as a viable alternative to Western medicine. Without a doubt, this team uses techniques that go beyond the typical. Their dedication and caring are evident. I have never left their office thinking something didn't go right. The posture pictures and technology they use show the progress I'm making. I feel better week by week, and the methods used here are helping me wean myself from pain medication. I'm very grateful to have been referred to this team. read more

This is a uniquely special place. Kind of feels like an old-school coffee shop for gathering and getting your day started off well. Aside from the amazing vibes and true friends I've made there, I've been cared for by Dr. Catherine for about 5 months now. She cares beyond measure, and is a 10/10 in terms of knowledge, empathy, and ability to improve my symptoms after a high impact car accident. This is NOT a place where you get adjusted and then are done. I'm there usually about 30-45 minutes / session, because they require a treatment plan that is more comprehensive than most. Everyone does traction, physical therapy type exercises, AND individual adjustments. read more

I was introduced to Dr. Catherine Peet through a friend and she has been amazing in helping me feel and move better. I have suffered through back and neck pain for several years and seen doctors and chiropractors without ever resolving the problem. I have been a patient of PCH for over 2 years and am pleased to endorse their practice. Having severe and chronic backpain I am not expecting a miracle but just reducing the pain through their techniques and wellness regimen. Initially it appeared expensive but once my visits became weekly it is more important than a daily cup of coffee. If you have tried other techniques or pain management or are experiencing bodily pain as a young person, I highly recommend PCH to avoid managing permanent body damage as an elderly person like myself. Give yourself the gift and make an appointment today. I am so greatful. read more
