Having fallen for a sales pitch for an expensive long term program in the past, I typically avoid chiropractors. After two days of severe neck pain and inability to move my head left or right I caved. I was in San Clemente and had a narrow window of time on a short break from work when I found Thompson Chiropractic. The receptionist was very accommodating and got me in right away. Dr Diamond assessed my pain, was very gentle and I walked out 15 minutes later still sore but able to move and with a lot less pain. He told me I may have to come in one more time. Then the next day Dr Diamond went the extra mile and called me to see how I was doing. I was 80% better and so he told me it was my call and to decide the next day if I wanted to have another visit. Two days after my initial appointment i went back and in a short appointment I felt 100% better. I'm a raving fan now. Dr Diamond is a true Diamond ! I took a fall at my storage space trying to get something out two to three months ago now and I could barely walk my feet hands right hip , tailbone and right arm neck were in severe pain kicked down. I had been getting acupuncture for a month or month and a half when I went to him and I was able to get immediate relief and had my first night of full sleep . I am utterly grateful ! After numerous shoulder injuries including broken clavicles and torn labrums, I thought I'd never get back to the shoulder mobility I had when I was a teenage kid. I slipped and fell on some ice and the whiplash threw my neck out of alignment. Dr. Diamond was truly amazing in taking the time needed to work me up to being adjusted. Since I had worked for a chiropractor for a couple years I had high expectations of care. When I found this location which was in my health care coverage I was beyond grateful. On a side note for women that don't know... if you are able to get in to see a chiropractor one to two days before the start of your menstrual cycle and have the doctor work on your lower back to open up your hip bones you will be amazed to find out that your cramps next to disappear completely!!! I am absolutely astonished how good my back feels after so many years of pain and suffering. I had to stop golfing five years ago, I had to stop running two years ago and my quality of life had diminished and I got to the point where I had excepted that pain was going to be the norm. I have friends and family that Have had success with chiropractors in the past and that is what got me to visit Thompson's chiropractic. I visited for adjustments twice a week and after three consecutive weeks, for the first time in years, I had little to no pain. Every now and again, I do something, move a certain way, etc, and subsequently find myself in need of chiropractic care. However, I always hesitate because I don't want to be in the high pressure sales situation that one periodically finds at a chiropractic practice. I was SO RELIEVED to find that Thompson Chiropractic is NOT one of those places. To start off with... I called and spoke with a lovely woman who was able to get me in the following day. When I arrived, I was greeted, (maybe by the same lovely woman from the previous day), and by the doctor himself. I had already filled out the requisite paperwork, so Dr. Thompson took my info and we immediately got to work. Dr. Thompson was kind, friendly and open. He immediately told me that their philosophy is to get people better and on their way instead of locking them into "3x's/week for a hundred years". He listened to me describe what was going on, and then shared his thoughts. His adjustments were as expected, and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Later in the afternoon, I called to ask whether I could use ice or heat on my sore back. The woman I spoke with was helpful and nice, and encouraged me to call back at any time if I had any other questions. This was all around a great experience! read more

took my kid here on numerous occasions when he was an INFANT(!!) for a neck that wouldn't move for over a week. Pediatrician wanted him to go to a physical therapist, but I thought I would go to a chiropractor recommended to me by a lifelong friend first. After the first visit my little nugget's neck was able to move. I was amazed that Dr. Ahren was able to work on a five month old. That in of itself deserves the five stars. After suffering with knee pain for months, last week I was treated by Dr Corey Diamond. Within a few minutes, Dr Diamond was able to hone right in on the source of the pain and patiently explained the root causes. Better yet, his treatment provided immediate relief - not only was the pain almost completely gone, but my knees felt more mobile and fluid than at any time I can remember. In fact the next day I visited the San Diego Zoo and, according to my iPhone, walked nearly 13,000 steps practically pain free. So i have been going here for about a couple months now. first my experience started off with them overcharging me over 100 dollars. which took 5 business days to go back into my account. let that go and then NEXT im there two days ago and the other chiropractor they have there not the main guy jerks my neck SO BAD. he didnt even crack it and as well as my back he jumped on it and didnt strained my lower back. im hair stylist and need to continue working ive been in excruciating pain and they still made me pay for it and all they said was to "ice it" im sorry but what the hell is this place that shorter chiropractor guy sucks DO NOT recommend this place my neck and back are so messed up now. :( read more

After having jaw surgery (36 screws and 5 metal plates in my face) my TMJ, neck, shoulder and back pain has been severe. I've seen many chiropractors over the years but Dr. Diamond is the only Doctor to work on my scar tissue and soft tissue problems in my jaw. Besides the immaculate neck, shoulder, back, and foot adjustments he also performs muscle exercises/massages on my face to relieve the tension headaches I've been experiencing. Today I had an adjustment at Thompson Chiropractic in downtown Savannah 660 Broughton St. Dr. Austin Jones personally spoke with me about my prior injuries and where the focus is needed. I've been an avid participant in multiple marathons including many Spartan races. I've had a reoccurring foot problem that had been nagging me for years. After the adjustment and care for my foot and ankle, the instant mobility and relief of pain in the bothersome area was immediately relieved. This is THE most efficient, thorough, friendly and effective office/staff I've ever been to. I haven't been to a chiropractor in years because I've luckily been in very good health, but recently, I had a back injury that left me in severe pain. Nothing I did worked to help relieve the discomfort-including medical massage therapy, rest and exercise. I went to see Dr. Thompson through a referral from a friend. WHOA! I was SO impressed. They were able to work me in the same day too. I walked out of the office after only about 20 minutes, and I had almost zero pain! I attribute my relief to his thorough diagnosis and expertise. I went to Dr. Ahrens after an accident which left me with a sore neck and relentless shooting pain down my arm. X-rays showed the curve in my neck was actually reversed!
