Treated my MCL last year with laser and gave me amazing pain relief and better range of motion while in recovery. I don't recall the doctor's name who treated me, but she had curly brown hair and was the sweetest. I could tell she really cared/loves what she does. I am definitely returning in the future and highly recommend this place! read more

One of the poorest massages I've ever had. Can't recommend this service at all. Waste of time. Only massaged shoulders. read more

They're very thorough with your exam. I feel amazing after leaving there office. The adjustments and massage are very good.

I this was my first time going to this office and I couldn't be happier! I tweaked myself pretty good and needed a last minute appointment ASAP. They were excellent at fitting me in that same day... and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Sydney was who I saw and she was amazing! We did X-rays and she went over everything with me, showing me all that was going on and discussing a game plan for moving forward. The adjustment was much needed and thankfully cured all my ails overnight! I thought the whole experience was fantastic! I'll definitely be sticking with Dr. Sydney! read more

I highly recommend these chiropractors! They're the best and fixed my severe back pain after going to another local chiropractor here in San Clemente that made my pain worse than when I walked in. Trestles chiropractic took x-rays and walked me through everything that was going wrong with my back and were very professional and helpful. I've already recommended several of my friends to them! read more

I was referred to Sydney by my co-worker. I was skeptical to go back to a chiro because my previous chiro messed me up. But i had a bad stiff neck and needed a quick release. She since has helped me beyond i could imagine. She takes her time and really gets to the problem areas. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Ive had back and shoulder pain for so long that i forgot what it was like to be able to make certain movements. I highly recommend this chiro office! You are heard and the problem gets worked on. read more

A good, clean, interesting chiropractic business in the heart of San Clemente. I was recommended to this location by no less than 5 business associates and friends. I have some misalignment and wear-and-tear issues that had become almost unbearably painful. Chiropractic work creeps me out as I have neck issues, but I needed it. The office is simple and clean and they have a nice offering of chiropractic realignment as well as massage services. Jennifer is a genius and Dr. Emery's energy and assessments are great. I live the opening package options which include X-rays (as needed) and massage to make sure that they are treating your body as professionally as possible. read more

Everything about this chiropractic office is amazing. I was in so much pain from a fall down some stairs a couple of months ago. Neck, back and shoulders were unbearable with pain and I was also experiencing headaches every day. Dr ryan took the time to examine me and talk about what was hurting. He did some adjustments on every area that we discussed and when I left ........ no more pain and no more headaches It has been 7 days since I was there and I feel amazing. I absolutely recommend them if you want to not live with pain. I also had my wife go to see him as well and he totally helped her with a lower back issue. She is also pain free now ... read more

Dr. Ryan and Jen, a massage therapist, are great. They listen and and treat the patient accordingly.

This review is solely based on care quality of a car accident injury case, with extensive medical coverage, PIP allowance, and law representation. I chose Trestles Chiropractic based on reviews and that they offered massage therapy onsite. I mainly worked with Dr. Ghazal, having 8 sessions with her and 2 with Dr. Anderson. My first initial consultation I was told that I would receive 26 sessions, with a combination of 6 massages to help relieve some of the pain and inflammation. After my first massage I experienced swelling and requested not to have my neck cracked, Dr. Ghazal complied. I received a text from the receptionist after my first massage asking if I would like to leave a gratuity. This is part of my rehab so I did not respond thinking my case was an injury case and I was seeking medical relief. After my 2nd massage, I preferred this current therapist because she was very knowledgeable in car accident injuries so I wanted to book my remaining massages with her. Upon leaving, I was asked again if I would like to leave a gratuity. I explained that I had inquired about reimbursement from my attorney and was told monetary expenses might not be covered, only physician and massage therapy would. Two days later I received a call from the receptionist that Dr. Anderson wanted to cancel my upcoming and future massage appts and that I was only going to receive chiropractic care. No other explanation! When I went back in for my next appt, I inquired to Dr. Ghazal and the receptionist and to review my chart to see if there was specific notes pertaining the massages. No specific answer was given to me, only that I needed to speak with Dr. Anderson on this matter. I obtained two other outside chiropractic opinions on gratuity, knowing that this should not have been an issue. Being charged $220. here for a massage therapy is extremely high. I did request my medical statements so I know this is what I was charged. Dr. Anderson did not reach out directly to explain the cancellations, or to review my MRI with me. Do your research first to see what you will charged, and you should not be expected to tip on a medical injury massage. Dr. Anderson, owner of this practice should have been more professional on his decisions. When you tell your patient what treatments to expect, you should discuss with your patients directly if you change your mind or change the course of the treatments! Don't have your receptionist phone to do it! read more

These people did more harm than good to my cervical spine issue. Been meaning to come here and write a review for a long time - finally getting around to. Their pricing is outrageous and they caused me additional pain, which was eventually corrected by an actual doctor. It turns out there is a reason there are hundreds of medical schools in the US and not a single one of them has a chiropractic department -- it is quackery. read more

What are the chances of getting back to a basketball league game after straining your back 2 days before? With heavy doses of chiropractic, it's possible!! On a Tuesday, I strained my back from lifting heavy objects most morning hours. I felt severe pain in my lower back and wearing a back brace didn't really help. I started working on my back with chiropractic treatment twice that day, also Wednesday and Thursday. By the time basketball league started at 9 pm. My back was 95% ready. It got me just ready for my game. Thanks, Dr. Ryan for your help! I couldn't have played with my buddies otherwise. read more

Had some numbness in my right index fingertip and went to Trestles Chiropractic. The facility is very nice, non-intimidating, kid friendly, and state of the art. Dr. Ryan met with me and did some imaging. My neck was tweaked from a can-am accident and pulling to the left. My c5 and c6 needed some work. After the first adjustment I could already feel relief. The rolling chairs after the adjustment are amazing. I started sleeping better and remembering dreams again. It's been a major blessing to work with them and start to feel great again. I would highly recommend a check up even if you don't think something is wrong. Don't wait like I did. read more

I never went to a chiropractic in my life and I'm 66 years old. I injured my shoulder playing pickleball. A friend suggested I see a chiropractor. I honestly did not know what to expect when I visited Dr. Ryan, so I explained to him my hesitation and my concerns as I was very nervous to see a chiropractor, but when you are in pain you will seek out any type of treatment. I am upset with myself that I did not do further research on chiropractor methods as I didn't like the thought of someone "cracking" my neck. Dr. Ryan listened to my concerns, but still proceeded to "crack" my neck. I waited a bit to see him again as I was worried, but I wanted him to know how I felt. He appreciated that I gave him another chance. So I did go back two more times and the second time he did not crack my neck but the third time he did it again. Since then I have SEVERE NECK PAIN and needless to say I have not seen him since. I have visited my primary care physician and they were not happy that I saw a chiropractor, I recently wrote to Dr. Ryan and expressed my concerns that I now have severe neck pain. I was hoping he could make some recommendations, like UNDO what he did to my neck or at least have a personal discussion with me as to what my options are. He responded to my concerns by saying he saw things differently then I did and I did not adhere to his treatment plan. Which was what? Continue cracking my neck? He simply said I should continue with my primary care physician. So he basically screwed up my neck and has dismissed me, so he is not taking any responsibility. How nice is that? NEVER would I ever go back to Dr. Ryan. His response was extremely immature and showed no sympathy for the pain he has caused me. I hold Dr. Ryan fully responsible for my neck pain which I NEVER had before seeing Dr. Ryan. My shoulder injury has since gone away which is what I initially visited Dr. Ryan for. I would have expected a far more professional response from him. I will now have to figure out what further actions I should take unless Dr. Ryan can undo what he did to me, but I doubt he will care. read more

So happy with my visit, the chiropractor's assistant gave me one of the best massages to melt that pain away... I would definitely recommend, the massage was so soothing it almost made me fall asleep, but while my eyes were shut, the chiropractor assistant was attentive to my every need and she knew if I was flinching or if I did not move that meant I could not feel that painful muscle. I want to thank the chiropractor and his assistant for making my dream come true and for easing the pain in my body away! I would truly recommend for a massage or even if you are just going to the chiropractor, it is very wonderful! read more
