Lol We went straight to the pharmacy and there was this older lady getting her prescription filled and one of the pharmacist was helping her around the store. Yeah she was struggling and confused, but guess what- not anymore because of the nice lady- she told me she'd be with us in a moment, but we were had an appointment & there were plently of other's there to help us. (Do yo thang!) Soo, my kid's pediatrician office was slammed because back to school appointments and we had to go to them for vaccines since it was out of stock. Walgreens had them in stock, only problem was you needed a prescription for thoose? Well, they sent me over without one (just an IOU-type paper which was useless because no doctor signed it) but they were able to get it verbally and the paper faxed over ASAP. They refuse to issue vaccines without it, they needed that paperwork! I respect that. We waited about 20 minutes.- In the meantime they updated my information and i didn't even know we still had a walgreens account. Which was super cool because it made it go quicker. So when they DID get that sent over it was no wait. Bam, we were out! The store was very clean and had alot to offer or maybe I've been too use to small, under stock pharmacies. It had a few people inside, which I felt was a good sign. (I don't like crowds, but I hate super empty stores because that means nobody's around when you need them!)

We dropped that script off to Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy Pasadena, TX on 3/31/17. It is now 6/21/17 and I still do not have a walker. Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy 713-740-9033 immediately placed the blame on CIGNA HealthSpring. CIGNA HEALTHSPRING (7707792755) has immediately placed the blame on Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy. At one point, the pharmacy handed us the script and told us to go somewhere else. Both parties attempt to explain what the other is doing wrong... it does not matter, they each need to do their respective jobs and talk to each other. At least 4 times now, a Cigna Health Spring representative has called Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy. All to no avail. It would be easier for us to just go buy a walker for my mother-in-law, but she knows she has insurance and wants to use it. How many other people out there are being taken advantage of? Is it this hard for all elderly people to get needed equipment? We are not asking for anything free. Simply a walker and our amount of co-payment. However, Cigna Healthspring and Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy can't seem to get it together. We have spoke to a minimum of 7 different Cigna representatives and Kelly from Strawberry FDP without any resolution. "They will call when they hear something from higher up." We are furious. Not only for my mother in law, but for every other elderly person who may not have someone to speak on their behalf. This is a horrible flaw in the system. Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy billed Cigna Healthspring and the bill was being processed, however Cigna was unaware that we did not have a walker. People are billing; people are paying. No one is actually providing any services and old folks still don't have their walkers.

They carried many of the same brands as the uniform shops near the Medical Center at a better price. As time went on, we needed basic medical supplies for my Mom. Again, we went to Bayshore Medical Supply. David and Kathy have always been so courteous and helpful, why would we go anywhere else? When my husband's health began to decline, he decided he needed a medical recliner, one that would lift you up out of the chair. We went to Bayshore Medical right away and my husband found what he wanted. Before we bought it, we shopped a couple of furniture stores that carry "medical" recliners. They cost as much as the one we liked at Bayshore Medical but did NOT have all the features. Needless to say, we bought from Bayshore Medical. We were thrilled with the chair!! My husband, Ray, practically lived in it. Fast forward a year or so, the heat/vibration control stopped working. Ray called Bayshore Medical and David said he'd order another hand control right away and come install it as soon as it came in. It came in quickly and David came out as soon as he got it. Once he got the chair in position to replace the controller, he saw that it had come unplugged. He simply plugged it back in and Ray was back in business. He didn't charge us for coming out and left the new controller with us in case we ever need it. Now I'm ready for a recliner and we didn't waste time looking around. We went straight to David. I want a petite chair, one that "fits" me so my feet will touch the floor when I'm not reclining. David didn't have a small chair in the one I liked the best. He said he needed one for his showroom anyway so he would order one. No obligation to buy......simply wanting me to see and sit in the chair I think I want. Well, I did that today and I bought it before I left the store! It has ALL the bells and whistles! Can't wait! Do yourself a favor and don't waste time anywhere else. Excellent customer service, good prices, and extra accessories I haven't seen anywhere else!

Dave gave us all the time we needed and very appropriate advice that we gladly accepted and followed. His products are of high quality and his inventory surpasses many warehouses. He does not take Medicare so be ready to pay either cash or by credit card. If any further needs we definitely go back and see Dave. The only downside is the small parking area.

She didn't greet me at all, and when I got to the register, she acted as if I inconvenienced her with my purchase, walking to the register with a negative demeanor, and didn't want to give me my change, she spoke to me with an inappropriate tone. Unfortunately, this is just the Deer Park way, so she's probably a resident in the area as well, just nasty, rude attitude for no reason. It was 8am, so she woke up this way. People like that, should work in the back, away from customers, not in the front being the face of the store! She's not who I would want to represent my company/brand.

Fine that should leave me 2 refills, instead of doing that or contacting the doctor they give you a 30 day supply but charge you for 90 days. Then on top of that I got sent home with my kids antibiotics in powder form. They told me to reconstitute it at home. Like for real?? I have moved my prescription and will not be returning. It's an freaking joke. And the staff the way she answers smacking her gum, unprofessional.

Employees are under staffed and over worked due to the micro-managing, costing employees and customers dearly. Employees state they will fax the doctor, but never do and never follow up on anything because they do not have any time to spare. Unless they change their management style, they will go bankrupt, which I am kind of hoping for at this stage.
