I still like the people who work in this location they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have also looked at my bill to see if there were any savings to be had and it might only be $20 or $30 a month but hey that's a meal somewhere! They usually have what I am looking for I have never had to order anything and then go back to get it. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new phone and plan because they are very knowledgeable and they are willing to spend time with you to find exactly what your needs are and to fit you to the perfect phone.

Worst experience ever with a cell phone provider. Employees use boiler room con artist tactics…read moreincluding flat out lying to confuse senior citizens and sell them all kinds of garbage they don't need. Was there almost 6 hours, 4 of those spent with a new guy who didn't know what he was doing. We were sold DirecTV and internet and told we would have fiber optic cable service and didn't. We found out when the technician came to hook it up and told us it wasn't available in our apartment building. We were sold a 3rd phone which we didn't need and told it would save us money on insurance. The 3rd phone costs $64 per month and insurance is $30. Went back 2 weeks later and was told by the manager that the 2 guys who sold us everything had been let go and that there was nothing she could do to help us. Went back again because neither of us could make calls or send messages and the female manager who refused to help us and the 2 guys she said had been let go were all there. She was very nasty until she saw that I was recording the conversation. She then showed me how to resolve the issue. Went in again today to return the unwanted 3rd phone and was met by "David, just David" who grabbed my phone from the table and tried to turn the recording off. He said they don't allow recording in the store in spite of several cameras in full view. He refused to help me at all and asked me to leave. In summary the manager and the other 2 employees have no respect for seniors and take advantage of them as much as possible.

These guys are great. A couple of weeks ago my computer couldn't be updated due to so much system…read morestorage. Overnight they removed everything and reinstalled the system features that came with the computer. And updated the operating system. Then today I thought I had downloaded a virus! Ugh! Ran over there with the lap top still open and they took care of it. Did it right then or no charge. (BTW, this isn't the first time they have fixed something w/o a charge.)

They did stand by the quoted price I will give them that. This is a beware your product will take a while unless it's a simple issue.
