Bought a new replacement laptop and their knowhow team transferred all the data etc... but it didn't go as well as we hoped, knowing however we would meet a couple of problems on the way...and we did. A few phone calls and visits later I have it nearly all sorted...great on phone and call back and thanks to Adam and his colleagues for their perseverance in solving things
As a dummy in these matters I was glad to have the 2 month's free support trial...and I will definitely renew it ...for the price I would get 3 year's cover for about 2 & a half hours of my normal support...and its worldwide, 24 hours....since I travel a lot, that's exactly what I need read more
