Their solution is to credit me $2. Of course hearing that...what a spit in the face. I told them that's ridiculous. We pay for service and service wasn't provided. They accounted for a 30min outage in 9/1/2026. So they upped it to $5 credit Take your business elsewhere, if you have issues they will outsource to someone who can't speak English, they will lie on the call multiple times . They claimed my phone number goes to voice mail automatically because their number isn't saved...strange since my business line accepts all calls from number across the United States . Finall call ended with them asking am I there for about 5 minutes. I said multiple times Absolutely garbage

We have called SEVERAL times for my elderly father due to poor internet service. This has been ongoing for a few months....may have internet service and may not. I have called twice this week due to no internet connection for 3 separate days ( I managed to get it back on one of those days myself). The techs always say they see the issue such as the IP address keeps dropping or there was a surge from the weather, etc but internet service should not be dropping 3-4 times a week. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Do not recommend their services from customer service representatives to the tech as they never show up
