We have called SEVERAL times for my elderly father due to poor internet service. There's supposed to have been a tech twice as the customer service rep even said his modem is over 10 years old. This has been ongoing for a few months....may have internet service and may not. I have called twice this week due to no internet connection for 3 separate days ( I managed to get it back on one of those days myself). The techs always say they see the issue such as the IP address keeps dropping or there was a surge from the weather, etc but internet service should not be dropping 3-4 times a week. Do not trust this company!!!! about a year ago, this company was putting down new lines in our area. We did not know it at the time, but they cut the line to our propane. Now, we had 30% fuel in the tank, so we know that they smelled the gas when they cut the line. I' cannot smell, and my husband wasn't home. They also cut our water line at the same time, which we paid to replace. They were driving off when my husband stopped them and asked about it. They did not even care. We should've checked at the time to see what else they damaged, then we would have known that they had cut the gas line, but we did not. it took me almost a year to get this company to agree to pay for the repairs to the propane line that THEIR people cut. Their representative Jonathon Martinez was very slow in responding, and in paying the bill. I sent messages, but received no response back from him. I sent him the charges to repair the line, told them that I would send the propane expense bill once that was paid because the gas company wouldn't bring the gas until that was paid. Heard nothing from him, sent them multiple emails, and phone calls. I finally heard back from him today, and he informed me that he did not owe the late fee because it was my fault because he had called many times and it sent several emails. I asked him if he had recordings of those calls, because I have no from him. He said he didn't have that capability. coincidence? Highly doubtful. I am seriously considering selling my home and moving to an area that has other Internet besides this company. The man was , disrespectful, and did not do what they promised would be done. So we are still out between $4-500 because they're not going to pay for what it is their fault is gone. read more
