This has been ongoing for a few months....may have internet service and may not. I have called twice this week due to no internet connection for 3 separate days ( I managed to get it back on one of those days myself). The techs always say they see the issue such as the IP address keeps dropping or there was a surge from the weather, etc but internet service should not be dropping 3-4 times a week. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Do not recommend their services from customer service representatives to the tech as they never show up

Westcoast has a terrible reputation across the board in the industry. They can't afford to pay real…read moretechnicians so they hire anybody off the street to wire multi-million dollar projects and can't figure out why they're done incorrectly or not done at all. They also do not drug test do what does that tell you? If you value your home, business, time and money then I suggest you get a professional company. Westcoast is the epitome of unprofessional.
