I got scammed through a different company…read morethat had a very similar name (if you see Jax's or Jaxs instead of this company - run fast) and I had a 10 month ordeal of having to find my chair and had to run to Georgia with a sheriff to get it which sounds insane, but I love my chair! Anyway, I reached out to them because they have great reviews and are a local business. Suzanne was so understanding over email and we arranged a time to bring the chair in. Keep in mind - the person who had my chair before took it completely apart and I felt like it may be a lost cause. I met with Bill and he was so nice and also seemed shocked about the state of the chair (I'll include pictures). We talked a little bit and I had some fabric leftover, but I was still unsure about what would happen. He was pretty confident and let me know that he would see what he could do. I left it in his hands and was kind of busy for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend had checked in and left his number with them. He surprised me with it a few weeks later and I was so shocked that it was already done and how beautifully it came out.
