From the very first conversation, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us create a vacation our family would never forget. Every detail was handled flawlessly -- park tickets (including Express Unlimited passes), hotel accommodations, dinning recommendations, flights, and even personalized tips to maximize our time in the parks. Ryan took the stress completely out of planning and replaced it with pure excitement. Their insider advice on ride strategies, express passes, and must-see attractions saved us hours and made each day smooth and fun. What truly stood out was Voyage Geeks responsiveness and care. Any question we had (big or small) was answered quickly and thoughtfully. It felt like we had a personal concierge making sure everything was perfect. Last, thanks to Voyage Geeks and Ryan's diligence, we were also able to get Epic Universe one-day passes and Express Passes for Epic Universe. I am grateful that Voyage Geeks explained how to navigate the new Epic Universe (take the bus) and what to expect while inside the Epic Universe park. While in the Epic Universe, we were able to walk onto most of the rides with the Express Pass and that allowed us to experience all of the park with little wait time. I would highly recommend booking your Universal trip with Ryan and Voyage Geeks!

Prior to the trip, Voyage Geeks met with us to ensure this trip was personalized based on the things we wanted to see and do at each port stop. His attention to detail when planning each step allowed for a stress-free vacation. I didn't even have to think about any transportation needs, already covered! I also appreciated how quick Ryan was able to put all this information together and get it booked for us, it would have taken me months to research and figure out what we wanted to do each day. Thank you, Voyage Geeks for an amazing adventure!

I very rarely take time to write reviews…read more But, being a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, I am aware of the difficulties in finding reliable and affordable transportation to and from the airport. I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs. My brother, who is a world traveler, said that George has a clean car, was on time, didn't fall asleep at the wheel, knew shortcuts, engaged in yinzer babble, and declined an additional tip as I had already settled the bill. We will definitely call upon Reliant again. Thanks George! I truly am impressed with your service.

Reliant was one of those companies. The first company (Integrity) responded within an hour of the request being made on 20 July. Waited a few days and received no response from Reliant for a quote. Booked Integrity and was very happy that I did. Much to my surprise on 2 August I receive a response from George. Hi, Thank you for inquiring about Reliant. We were unavailable. Calling ahead is advisable. Thank you! Here's our company information. Reliant Transportation Service 412-716-1636 emailreservation4me@gmail.com At this point why bother responding considering both the request and the event have happened more than a week ago? Oh to have a 100% response rate on yelp is the only thing that I could surmise. Honestly, if it takes a couple of weeks to inform someone that your service is not available even after that request was driven through yelp, then perhaps you should consider deactivating the "Request A Quote" feature on Yelp. If I wanted to talk to someone to book a service, I would go back to 1985, locate a White Pages phone book, and a push button landline phone and waste a few hours.

Most recently, I had a medical appointment on October 1, with a scheduled pickup time of 10:10 a.m. The driver never arrived. I tried calling the office several times, but no one answered. Because I could not rely on Integrity Transportation, I had to take an Uber to my appointment and pay out of pocket. This should not have been necessary. I am entitled to this transportation service and should not have to spend my own money because the company failed to show up. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On numerous occasions, drivers have arrived an hour or more late. There have also been other instances in which they never arrived at all. Clients must be able to depend on transportation provided for important medical appointments. Repeated lateness or no-shows, combined with the inability to reach the office when problems arise, is unacceptable. I hope Integrity Transportation takes these complaints seriously and improves its reliability, communication, and accountability. People who depend on medical transportation should not be left stranded or forced to pay out of pocket for an Uber because their scheduled transportation never arrives.
