I called Elliot at DCD and he showed up the same day to look at the area I was so concerned about. After all the information he gave me I was able to choose a renovation that didn't include a tear out. His crew came in the same week and worked tirelessly for 3 days and when they were finished everything was clean and tidy like nobody had even been there. Before I knew it I had the most beautiful back patio to come spend time and just relax. I was so relieved that I didn't have to remove anything. I really didn't think anyone could solve my problems without starting all over but I was so wrong. I would definitely recommend DCD to any of my friends and to anyone else as well. Their professionalism and service were superior and I saved a lot of time and money by choosing a renewal over a full renovation.

This company had installed the irrigation system with the builder. Because of this we hired him to…read moredo the landscaping and fence. It took 3 months to finish, part of it was because of the weather. The gates either don't say closed or it requires herculean strength to open. The trees have all had either fungus or insects inside the leaves. We wanted trees that would not shed, we were reassured what was planted did NOT drop their leaves, they're 3 River Birch,1Sycamore, 1 Dawn Redwood and a Teddy Bear Magnolia as well as 2 Satsumas, 2 Lime trees. Pine Hills Nursery told us the River Birch and the Sycamore will be bear wood this Winter. We had a stone and brick surrounds around our screened porch. Several of the irrigations heads were buried under the added grass which WE found and pointed it out. One is buried under one of the stones and the other at the corner of a bricks. We discovered this after the job "finished" and the bill paid in full. When Tim Brooks was made aware of this and the fact that the Teddy Bear Magnolia was dead He said one of his men would come to see the irrigation problem. There is NO warranty on the tree which was blown down over the fence during the last storm. The fact that a very tall tree was not staked to the grown and no one came to replant it for 3 days had nothing to do with its death. The planting instructions that came with the tree said the hole should be " 2 to 3 time deeper and larger than the pot it came in. The hole it was put in was just big enough for the root ball.

Every day it seems I'm seeing new flowers come up that I didn't even know were there because Tim Brooks (owner) and his crews go the extra mile, putting in plants that work well in this climate and, particularly, in my yard. I couldn't be happier! The irrigation system was installed in such a way just a few weeks ago that you can hardly tell my yard was dug up. The grass is growing back in beautifully! I recommend Arrow Landscape Design for all your landscaping needs, whether it is sod, plantings, irrigation or garden and patio design and installation. Tim and his guys are professional, conscientious and courteous. I'll definitely be using their services again!
