When I called him again, he was very abrupt and brusque on the phone and I got the distinct impression he simply did not want to do it. When I called YET a third time he said he would come by and let me know what the estimate was. I never heard from him again. This "business ethic" is shameful. If he treats all of his potential customers this way, one must wonder how he is in business or why! I mean.. if you don't want to trim or remove trees, why are you in the tree trimming and removal business? Very unreliable and dodgy! I called Elliot at DCD and he showed up the same day to look at the area I was so concerned about. After all the information he gave me I was able to choose a renovation that didn't include a tear out. His crew came in the same week and worked tirelessly for 3 days and when they were finished everything was clean and tidy like nobody had even been there. Before I knew it I had the most beautiful back patio to come spend time and just relax. I was so relieved that I didn't have to remove anything. I really didn't think anyone could solve my problems without starting all over but I was so wrong. I would definitely recommend DCD to any of my friends and to anyone else as well. Their professionalism and service were superior and I saved a lot of time and money by choosing a renewal over a full renovation.
